DSCF0017 Tiger hunting in water This is shot of a fishing trawler I took when I was filming a documentary on the Irish Navy. We later boarded this trawler to inspect her catch. Oh Deer, the quality of this photo is not good because it was nearly dark and I had to work with 1/60 shutter speed and ramp up iso. But even though it is not technically right it still works as an image! Moral is go for it because you might like what you get even if your instinct says otherwise. This one paid no attention to me. They can weigh up to 125kg. clooud 3 This a Cormorant sitting in a dead tree in Wexford Ireland. I took the photo shortly after dawn. As a kid, and now if I am honest I love watching them dive and then trying to see them when they surface. Did you know some cormorant species have been found to dive as deep as 45 metres. That a very deep dive for anything. Dubin bay if a super Kitesurfing venue. But we don't always get the weather. Connemara Magic No even sure what type of flower this is. Not one you cook with I'm sure of that. You can have a lot of fun with a macro lens and flowers. I use the Sigma 105mm f/2.8 EX DG Macro Lens DSC_0231 I quite enjoy shooting flower in my studio. This is shot using a black backdrop and 3 1000w bownes flash heads. hippopotamus closest living relation is whales. I took this photo when I thought he was looking happy they are always like that.
